A hawk on a telephone pole next to our house, quite the animal!

Unexpected Tree

This pop-up tree (we didn't plant it) is also doing great!  It adds some nice color to our backyard. :)

 The birds are loving our feeder, yay! (There is a small bird on the left side of the feeder.)

Beth and Mom got a gift for the baby from China, so cool!!!!

Growler

Got my first growler! (Full of Root Beer!!) ;)  I must say, I did feel a bit awkward, pregnant lady walking around Salida with a growler!  They didn't know it was full of Root Beer! :)

Cool thing is though, you can go to the Amica's in Salida, and get their homemade Root Beer refilled in this growler for a discount. Very cool!
