My classroom is getting new carpet this summer. Hooray! But under the carpet is asbestos. Boo!
What this really means to me is that I need to pack everything in my room either into the permanent cupboards already in my room, or boxes so everything can be removed to a safe place for the clearing of the asbestos.
Even though it's quite a bit of work to get my room ready, I am thankful for the work the maintenance people will do over the summer all in effort to get me nice new carpet. Below is a picture of my bookshelves to remind me where I put all my books in the first place. :)
